The ideal candidate will live in Santa Rosa Beach or the surrounding area.
As a Fuller Insurance Team Member, you will:
- Complete the Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative License Course
- Complete the Insurance Advisor On-Boarding Program
- Answer phone calls and meet with clients
- Electronically file emails and policy documents
- Service existing clients
- Sell new insurance policies
As a Fuller Team Member, you earn an hourly rate AND commissions!

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent computer, email, and telephone skills
- Multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ready for a new career in insurance
- Comfortable in an office setting
